It has been a long time since we have seen such a clear need for assistance. There is a lack of managers, management talent, senior engineers in all fields, and experienced project managers. Norway, and in our part of the country in particular, is blessed with large and small oil and gas projects, which in turn creates a lot of work opportunities for subcontractors of oil companies. The real economy is strong, and so are the results we provide our clients with. That shows great prospect for the future and the next 3 to 5 years. We are very pleased with that.
We currently have a strong focus on improving and increasing the efficiency of the infrastructure and material of candidates for challenging positions within these companies. We are looking outside of Norway and especially working towards Norwegian and Scandinavian candidates abroad who are considering moving back home.
We have now reached 1.5 years in our new offices in Stokkamyrveien 13. And to be honest, we are very happy here. We have large rooms with floor to ceiling windows, which makes for spacious rooms full of sunlight. In addition, we have lots of space for our visitors. The feedback we have been getting about our offices make us confident we have an excellent business premise. We have short distance to most facilities, as well as many of our trusted customers, and it is fairly easy for travellers to get here. We believe you achieve great results when you are happy in your own working environment, with your daily tasks, and feel that you are truly contributing and making a difference with what you do.
